The ring holds the cover in place on its own, so it works for outfits that can’t hold it for you: backless, strapless, loose, sheer. melo no-glue has no adhesive at all — it stays close using your body heat and the fabric over it, so it’s for fitted tops, swimwear and activewear.
Which one should I choose?
Ask one question: will the outfit hold the cover in place for you? If it’s fitted enough to do that — fitted tops, swimwear, activewear — choose melo no-glue. If it isn’t — loose, low-cut, backless, sheer — choose melo doughnut, because its adhesive ring does that job instead.
Do they lift or support?
No. melo nipple covers are made for coverage, not lift or support.
